price in a difficult market. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend

presentation that she placed on mls was excellent. She does not take her own
amateur photographs; rather she employs professional photographers who develop
virtual tours of the home, video of each room set to music, and street views of
Eagle Mountain Drive. Not only does this superb presentation appear on mls, it
also appears on UTube, Craig's list and Kijiji.
The listing also appears on the
Eagle Mountain homes web page. I am confident that this professional marketing
presentation is what attracted my buyers. In addition, Sandra has the expertise
to sell the prestige of an Eagle Mountain address. She has been selling
properties on Egl.Mtn for fifteen years; in fact, I bought my unit through her,
as did many of the original purchasers in Eaton Place. Should an interested
party point out other town-homes listed at lower prices, her response is

We have purchased properties in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Netherlands, Israel and Canada in the past several years. However, our dealing with Sandra has turned out to be our most pleasant and memorable experience. Please allow me to relate our wonderful experience.
As we had only two days in Abbotsford then, Sandra painstakingly took us around to view three units on the first day. Though we loved the surrounding of Eagle Mountain, none of the three houses was to our liking. On the following day we came back to Sandra at around 4:30pm, when the office was about to close for the day. We were greeted with a great warm smile by Sandra, who then asked if we would view a house that was to be placed in the market only the following week because the brochures and other administrative matters have not been fully sorted as yet.
It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that I would strongly recommend Sandra as a realtor to anyone who is interested to buy a house on Eagle Mountain. I am certain that with her strong work ethic, commitment and dedication; she is certainly a great asset to any organization that she works for.
